Update: the ewe had triplets yesterday. It took her almost 4 hours. All the lambs are nursing and she seems to be doing ok, but her ligament and stomach muscles are stretched and will probably never return to normal according to our vet. Unfortunately she will always have this problem. I’m not sure if it is painful. I will carefully watch her over the next few weeks to see if she somewhat heals.

I’m concerned about this ewe. She is hanging really low and I’ve never seen this before. She’s not very wide like a normal pregnant ewe. Could her lambs be dead?? If so, how do I check? The ewe is eating and drinking normally.
