The Supper Club

Our lamb was showcased as the main entree at the latest Clear Lake Farm to Fork event last night. The chef at The Supper Club created a delicious Italian lamb dish featuring our lamb shanks and ground lamb in a meatball. It was decadent. 

  

Cover crop year 2

I was out getting stalk samples today in our corn fields and saw that our rapeseed and rye cover crop that we seeded on the 10th is coming up nicely. We had timely rains and it has been warm and will continue to be warm until the end of the month, so we will get some nice growth before our first frost.
